Chlor-Rid is the world's leading source of products and information for soluble salt testing and soluble salt removal.
  • Hold*Blast™ is a surface passivator which stops the formation of flash rust for long periods of time, often several days. Hold*Blast chemically changes the active surface of metal to a much less reactive state.
  • Chlor*Rid® and Chlor*Rid DTS™ are organic bonding chemical blends which aid in the removal of chlorides, sulfates and most other soluble salts. Removal of salts reduces premature coating failures and reduces corrosion rates.

  • Chlor*Rid is a liquid concentrate recommended as a wash solution prior to the application of protective coatings or as a maintenance wash on a variety of surfaces, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals, concrete, wood, plastics and others. The concentrate is added to water and typically used in a pressure washer or ultra high pressure water jetting or wet abrasive blasting.
  • Chlor*Rid DTS (Direct To Surface™) is a ready to use liquid product. The product is used directly from the container typically for spot repair, maintenance painting and in situations where local water supply is limited or restricted. The product may also be used for rinsing after washing.
  • Chlor*Wash is an organic bonding chemical blend which aids in the removal of road films, dirt, and chloride, sulfate and nitrate salts. Our other products are intended to be used as a part of surface preparation prior to applying paint. This product is vastly different in that it is intended to be used for routine maintenance washing. Cleans like a soap, but has the added feature of removing salts as it cleans.
