Clock Spring® High Temperature™ repair system is an economical alternative for pipelines operating above 248°F (120°C).
Clock Spring's patented design redefines the economics of pipeline repair, ensuring a permanent repair that is safe, economical and effective. The Clock Spring repair is comprised of 8 wraps of composite, the Clock Spring high-strength filler material and the Clock Spring adhesive. Clock Spring high temperature can be used to permanently repair external blunt metal loss defects.
The Clock Spring pipe repair system is a high-strength corrosion resistant e-glass and resin composite sleeve, a high performance adhesive and a high-strength filler material . The composite sleeves are uniquely shaped and sized to wrap around pipe diameters of 4 inches up to 56 inches. The individual layers are bonded together and to the pipe to fully restore serviceability.
