MPE™ aluminium & zinc offshore sacrificial anodes

MPE has over 15 years of experience in manufacturing aluminium and zinc anodes and designing of cathodic protection systems.

With an annual aluminium and zinc sacrificial anode production capacity in excess of 6,000 metric tonnes, MPE's purpose-built production facility in Kuantan, Malaysia is one of the region's largest and most respected anode foundries, situated on a 6,500 m2 site, with a built-up area of 2,400 m2. MPE's state-of-the-art furnaces, in combination with their unique production process, are capable of casting up to 20 metric tonnes of anodes per day.

Additional production facilities in Port Harcourt (Nigeria) and Batam (Indonesia) provide an additional 3,000 metric tonnes of annual production capacity.

In addition to its own proprietary MPE® anodes, MPE also manufactures Deep 7™ anodes. Deep 7 is an alloy marketed in cooperation with Deepwater Corrosion Services, Inc. (Houston, Texas), specifically for the cold waters found in deepwater applications.
