Automatic ductile iron air relief valve with single or double float for mains water systems and connections to users.
Ductile iron air relief valves are available in 3 models:

1" threaded air relief valve ODR model
- Body and cover of ductile iron construction to EN GJS 400-
15 UNI EN 1563, with anti-corrosive coating internally and
externally, average thickness 250 micron
- 1" threaded connection
- Flanged connection DN 25รท80 (on/off ball valve available
on request)
- Bleeds air from small ducts by means of an orifice and a
rubber coated floating ball
- Operating pressure: PN 10,16 and 25
- Test pressure: 1.5 x operating pressure; 0.05 for operating
pressure (UNI 10235)
- To be installed preferably with on/off valve upstream
Flanged air relief valve mod. TDR with double float
- Body and cover of ductile iron construction to EN GJS 400-
15 UNI EN 1563, with anti-corrosive coating internally and
externally, average thickness 250 micron.
- Double-ball air relief valve with flanged connection.
- Three-fold function: large evacuation/return during pipeline
filling/emptying operations, and small evacuation afforded
by means of a threaded device with orifice.
- It also performs a vacuum-breaking function.
- Flange diameters: 50 to 250 mm.
- Flanges: PN 10,16 and 25 to UNI EN 1092-2.
- Operating pressure: PN 10,16 and 25.
- Test pressure: 1.5 x operating pressure; 0.05 for operating
pressure (UNI 10235).
- To be installed preferably with on/off valve upstream.
