Stopaq® FN 2100 Sealant

A unique sealing material to avoid leakages with cables or pipes through walls below ground level.

The Dutch NEN-norm 2768 demands that a separation wall below ground level has to be watertight and gastight. This can be achieved by applying Stopaq® FN 2100 in combination with Stopaq® Mortar E473. Pressing water can cause leakage and possible enormous damage to cable penetrations. Therefore it is very important that possible harmful damps (e.g. natural gas) cannot pass into the building via cables or pipes. The effectiveness of block seals depends highly on correct sizing and mounting.

Stopaq® FN 4200 Flange Protector

An excellent corrosion preventive product for aboveground flanges.

For protection of the gasket, flange surfaces and bolts, the space between the flanges is filled with Stopaq® FN 4200 in order to stop water and oxygen ingress. With insulation flanges, the application of Stopaq® FN 4200 prevents contact (by wet deposits) between the separated flange parts.

Stopaq® CZ (H) Paste

A product for corrosion protection of under- and aboveground (insulation) flanges and accessories that work under high temperatures.

Stopaq® has developed Stopaq® CZ H Paste for these ranges of application. Stopaq® CZ H Paste in combination with Stopaq® Wrappingband CZ H is a perfect product to prevent corrosion.

Stopaq® CZ (H) Wrapping Band

Based on a viscous-elastic system that does not know cracking.

Stopaq® Wrappingband has two product types: CZ for larger temperatures and CZ H for higher temperatures. Stopaq® Wrappingband is successfully applied on medium transporting oil and gas transporting pipelines all over the world.

Stopaq® Casing Filler

An excellent corrosion preventive product that protects medium transporting pipes in casing pipes for a period of at least 35 to 40 years.

Stopaq® Casing Filler offers the perfect corrosion protection by filling completely the space between the medium transporting pipe and the casing pipe. This unique product gets its fluid consistency when heated to a certain temperature. With this warming system the space will be filled quickly and efficiently. After the cooling down remains a pasty insulation that finally gives a perfect protection to the transport pipe/casing pipe. The strong outer pipe with the corrosion protective, viscous-elastic material inside keeps humidity, air and dirt outside and is a perfect protection of the transport pipeline.

Stopaq® Casing Filler is accepted and recommended by the Association of pipeline owners in the Netherlands (VELIN).
