HACCS

HACCS is Hydro-Abrasive Cold Cutting of large diameter pipe (up to 36"), plate and tanks for modification, apertures or demolition of facilities under safe conditions.

Features

JST HACCS uses the latest water abrasive cold cutting techniques with direct injection of garnet into the water stream.

• Operating at 4,000 psi (280 bar)
• Remote operation up to 50 metres (no hand held cutting)
• Cutting head is controlled at the desired speed and angle
• Cutting action is shock free, leaves no heat-affected zones and is completely inert
• Integrated package with water and diesel fuel supply

Precision, simultaneous cold cutting, bevelling and weld preparation of pipes up to 20".

• Accurate cutting of pipe from 6" (150mm) to 20" (500mm) diameter
