JST provides a fully integrated Human Resource (HR) Consultancy, Contracting, Recruitment and Training service, dedicated to the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and Construction industries. The company has been providing manpower for the petrochemical and construction industry since 1983.

Organisation & Infrastructure

JST's HR Consultancy and Contracting division is managed from the company's head office in Bangkok, where all HR records are maintained on a central database. This database is linked to other JST offices in Asia, Europe and the USA which enables JST to:

• Quickly identify available resources, wherever they are located
• Match the available resources to the client's specific enquiry
• Mobilise the resource quickly and efficiently
• Administer all HR aspects of the individual's employment

JST has a dedicated team of HR professionals to manage the above HR Supply Services. All JST staff have worked with and fully understand the Thai Labour Law and the associated rules and regulations.

Recruitment System

JST operates a recruitment system as an integral part of its overall HR Recruitment, Training & Development System.
