All non-destructive examination, post-weld heat treatment, mechanical testing of sample coupons and forming of dished heads are economically carried out by approved sub-contractors — with ASME U, U2, PP and S stamps for the fabrication of pressure vessels, pressure piping and system boilers.

Welding procedures are available to cover processes such as SMAW, SAW and GTAW for various types and combinations of materials.

To complement its long history of providing high quality modules Specialist Services also provides skid mounted Well Testing and Process Equipment for the Oilfield Market. Our scope of supply provides for full engineering, manufacture and testing to ASME and ANSI oilfield standards. Specialist Services has its own in house designs for Well Testing Equipment that can be supplied on directly.

Documentation packages which prove the complete quality history of the equipment during the manufacture and testing are compiled and supplied with every piece of equipment. The pressure vessel engineering department is equipped with the latest editions of codes and updates, sophisticated software for design and design verification of all types of pressure vessels.
