Lead, direct, and control the operations of the organization to achieve the short and long term
financial and operating objectives as set by the overall corporate business plan.
Maintain a leadership role in developing and maintaining our IIF® (Incident and Injury
Free) culture.
Establish clear responsibilities and accountability for plant superintendent and his
operational supervisors.
Work closely with the project department to meet client production schedule requirements
through forward planning and deployment of necessary resources.
Responsible for all operational and maintenance aspects of the facility.
Establish and oversee operational budgets, plans, policies, and programs that will
effectively support strategies and objectives set by the Head Office.
To plan and implement an operational model of continuous improvement.
Responsible for the performance of the operation in line with standards and targets
including manufacturing efficiency, safety, cost control, quality, and manpower
management.
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of supervisors to ensure that the operations
function according to established guidelines and budgets.
Responsible for monitoring, leading and motivating staff through leadership, and
facilitation of career development path for immediate reports.

For Geosciences, the candidates should have past experiences in :
•sedimentary basin in Bay of Bengal, or
•sedimentary basin in Cambodia, Indonesia, Africa, Australasia, Middle East, Central Asia (worldwide experiences), or
•merger & acquisition including due diligence.
For Reservoir, the candidates should have past experiences in :
•production optimization
•reservoir modeling
•merger & acquisition including due diligence.

Working under the Corrosion Division, the successful candidate will be responsible for site survey engineering, design, installation & commissioning of corrosion control systems.
Preferably a new graduate or 2-3 years' working experience with fluent English.
